Return & Exchanges
Most purchases (including purchases made at brick-and-mortar locations and purchases made online) may be returned within 30 days.
Due to the complexity of our returns process, please refrain from combining returns from multiple orders in one return package. In addition, please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. If any adjustments, you will no longer be able to return them.
Refunds for store credit are free and include free Domestic shipping on your next order.
For refunds to Credit or Debit cards and Instamojo we deduct 50 INR to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issues to the credit card or Bank account used to make the original purchase.
Simply download return form, fill the order details you’re shipping back and why, then choose the type of refund you’d like (refund to your original payment or store credit).
Once that’s completed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
We also accept complimentary returns in store. Just make sure to have your order number ready so our team can best take care of you.

We aren’t able to offer automatic exchanges right now, so instead, we provide a combination of free returns, free shipping, and store credit for all domestic order to make sure you receive the correct size.

Please note that all sales made at our Pop-up event and Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned.
Because we don’t offer direct exchanges, we suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering a new size or color.
To begin the process, mail us a completely filled exchange form for store credit.
Once the return has been processed, and refund issued, you will receive an email notifying you that you’re free to reorder using your store credit and complimentary.
We accept returns from online orders at our physical location. Just make sure to bring the items you’re returning, and have your order number ready so our team can best take care of you.
It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Remember: if you initiate a return for store credit, we’ll waive that 50 INR restocking fee and grant free domestic shipping on your next order.
Orders & Shipping
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for up to 24 hour after they are placed.
If you have a Melach account, click “Cancel Order” on you’re my Order page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days.
Note: If you place an order after 12pm PST on Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery.
We also accept payment via Instamojo.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days.
Economy domestic shipping, and all PO Box orders, are shipped via FedEx or TrackOn.
Standard India shipping takes 3-4 business days.
Expedited shipping takes up to 5 business days to arrive.
First time orders and orders with two or more items receive free economy India Shipping.
Standard India Ground Shipping costs 50 INR based on your location and the weight of your order.
We currently ship to all States of India.
Please Note: We do not have International Shipping yet.
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive. When you preorder these items, we’ll ship them out 1-2 business days after they become available at our warehouse.
You can tell if you’re purchasing an item that is a preorder item that is a preorder item on both the product page and at checkout. Once you’ve placed estimated restock date on the product page, ad we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.
We do not offer separate gift receipts at this time.
All orders arrive with a packing slip that omits the price of each product and includes instructions on how to exchange or return.
Each Individual item will be shipped with a thank you note and wash care.
We offer physical gift cards for 1000 INR and 2000 INR. You can buy them online and In-store.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Gift cards are only valid if purchased directly from Melach. Melach is not responsible for gift cards that are purchased from unauthorized sources, and purchasing gift cards from unauthorized sites is at your own risk.
We will send you your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your My Orders page.
We offer 50 INR in Melach store credit when your friends or family sign up for account and make their first purchase.
Just send them your personal referral link, and we’ll add 50 INR in store credit to your account once all the items from their first order have shipped.
When you share your link please make sure your friends create an account prior to browsing the site. The credit wont automatically apply to your account if they miss this step.
You can find your personal referral link while in cart while checking out from your purchase.
All purchases are payable in INR (Indian Rupee), and unless otherwise noted.
Retail & Sizing
We recommend you to check our Size chart better determine your ideal size: view chart
As a note, measurements are taken in inches and while the garment is lying flat.
If you need more help, our team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your typical size and measurements and we’ll provide individualized advice.
If the fit doesn’t work out the first time, remember exchanges are available.
If we are planning to restock your size, we’ll send you an email notification when it’s back in stock.

Product Care & Give Back
We recommend you to check our Product Care page better understanding of the product and its care.
Melach GiveBack is our trade-in and recycling program that’s good for you and the planet.
You can trade-in your old clothes for credit, if it’s not eligible for credit, and you can recycle if for free.
Once we receive your trade-in product, a team inspects it and verifies its condition. If everything checks out, we’ll donate it to the homeless and needy, If its not in the eligible condition we send it for recycling and make blankets and other utility products to donate.
